The Center for Scientific and High-Performance Computing (CSHPC) at Saarland University is seeking a Post Doc (Consultant) for ML in natural and life sciences. The successful candidate will conduct independent research in applications of ML in areas such as molecular dynamics, protein folding, and climate modeling.
- Key responsibilities include providing scientific advice and support to research groups on the efficient use of machine learning methods on high-performance computing systems.
- Developing best-practice guidelines for using scalable and reproducible ML software.
- Collaborating with scientific partners and organizing workshops and training courses.
