The Neurolinguistics and Experimental Pragmatics Laboratory (NEPLab) is organizing an online workshop titled ‘Large Language METAPHORS: New Trends in Computational Approaches to Metaphorical Expressions’ on 5th March.
The workshop will bring together experts from linguistics, computational linguistics, and psycholinguistics to discuss the use of Large Language Models (LLMs) in detecting, interpreting, and evaluating metaphors.
- Talk lineup includes presentations on using LLMs for metaphor identification, comparative evaluation of language models, and novel metaphor datasets.
- The workshop is free and online, but registration is required.
