The Gerber Lab at Brigham and Women’s Hospital/Harvard Medical School is seeking a postdoctoral fellow to develop novel AI/deep learning approaches for understanding the microbiome.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing new probabilistic AI/DL approaches to analyze multi-modal time-series data
• Leveraging AI/DL techniques to facilitate interpretation and application of results

Qualifications:

• PhD in Computer Science, Computational Biology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or related field
• Strong mathematical background and skills in DL methods
• Experience analyzing data from biological systems and programming skills in Python, including PyTorch
