Postdoc position at TCD Dublin on security & privacy of unused ML model parameters. Salary up to €71,000/year for 3 years. Starts Jan 2026.
A Postdoctoral researcher is being recruited with a background in game theoretic modelling, learning theory, and deep learning to explore the security and privacy implications of unused parameters in machine learning models.
The successful applicant will collaborate with a team of scientists from Trinity College Dublin, Queen’s University Belfast, and University California Riverside.
- Investigate strategies to exploit unused parameters in ML models.
- Model attacks within a game-theoretic framework.
- Validate theoretical models on real applications.
