Call for AAAC Outstanding PhD Dissertation Award 2026

The AAAC Outstanding PhD Dissertation Award 2026 is open for submissions until 31 March 2026. Eligible candidates must be AAAC members with dissertations in Affective Computing completed in 2025.

The AAAC Outstanding PhD Dissertation Award 2026 is now open for submissions. This award recognizes extraordinary research contributions from recently graduated PhD students within the Affective Computing community.

Eligibility criteria include:

• Dissertations completed between 1 January 2025 and 31 December 2025.
• Candidates must be AAAC members at the time of application.
• Dissertations must be written in English.
• Topics must be relevant to Affective Computing.

Submissions should include a published paper, the dissertation, and a statement from the PhD advisor. The deadline for submission is 31 March 2026.
