We are excited to announce the extension of the paper submission deadline for the #dm4myth Workshop: Digital Methods for Mythological Research taking place on December 3rd, 2024. The workshop aims to bring together researchers from various disciplines to explore the use of digital methods in the study of mythological narratives. Co-located with Computational Humanities Research (CHR2024) in Aarhus, Denmark, the workshop will feature traditional presentations, networking opportunities, and the kick-off of the #dm4myth network.

We welcome contributions from humanities disciplines such as Ancient Near Eastern Studies, Religious Studies, Classical Studies, Archaeology, and Art History, as well as technical approaches from Computer Scientists, Semantic Web specialists, Computational Linguists, and Data Scientists. Topics of interest include dataset construction, knowledge representation, NLP approaches, character disambiguation, visualization, and more.
