ECML PKDD 2025: Call for Papers – Applied Data Science Track
ECML PKDD 2025 is now accepting submissions for the Applied Data Science Track, focusing on real-world applications of Data Science in various domains.
The European Conference on Machine Learning and Principles and Practice of Knowledge Discovery in Databases (ECML PKDD 2025) is now accepting submissions for the Applied Data Science Track. The conference will take place in Porto, Portugal, from September 15-19, 2025.
The Applied Data Science Track focuses on compelling applications of Data Science in real-world scenarios, including but not limited to:
- Industry 4.0
- Smart Cities
- Health
- Finance
- Education
- Smart Transportation
Submissions should address real-world challenges, detail the Data Science methodology used, and provide conclusions and implications for the respective use cases. A minimum Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of four is required, indicating technology validated in a laboratory environment.
Key dates for the submission process include:
- CMT Opening: February 7, 2025
- Abstract Submission: March 7, 2025
- Paper Submission: March 14, 2025
- Author Notification: May 26, 2025
- CRC Submission: June 13, 2025
