The Cyprus Institute is seeking a faculty member at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor in Machine Learning to join the CaSToRC Research Centre in Nicosia, Cyprus. The ideal candidate will enhance the Institute’s competencies in areas such as:

• Foundation models and efficient training/adaptation methods on HPC systems
• Generative AI and multimodal learning
• Causal representation learning and counterfactual reasoning
• Robustness, safety, and trustworthy ML
• Continual, federated, and edge learning
• ML for scientific discovery
