ICAPS 2025 invites submissions for its System Demonstrations and Exhibits program. Showcase cutting-edge planning or scheduling tools, including classical planners, RL-based approaches, and hybrid systems.

Submissions should demonstrate novelty, robustness, generalization, scalability, and practical deployment considerations.

• Notification of Acceptance: July 21, 2025
