LoResLM 2026: Call for Papers on Language Models for Low-Resource Languages

LoResLM 2026 invites submissions on language models for low-resource languages. Paper submission deadline is 6th January 2026.

The Second Workshop on Language Models for Low-Resource Languages (LoResLM 2026) is held in conjunction with EACL 2026 in Rabat, Morocco. LoResLM 2026 invites submissions on topics related to the development and evaluation of neural language models for low-resource languages.

Topics of interest include:

  • Building language models for low-resource languages.
  • Adapting/extending existing language models for low-resource languages.
  • Corpora creation and curation technologies for training language models.
  • Benchmarks to evaluate language models in low-resource languages.
  • Multilingual/cross-lingual language models for low-resource languages.
