LoResMT 2026: Call for Papers at EACL 2026

LoResMT 2026 invites submissions for the Ninth Workshop on Technologies for Machine Translation of Low-Resource Languages at EACL 2026 in Rabat, Morocco.

The Ninth Workshop on Technologies for Machine Translation of Low-Resource Languages (LoResMT 2026) is scheduled to take place at EACL 2026 in Rabat, Morocco, from March 24-29, 2026. Researchers are invited to submit original research papers, review/opinion papers, and online systems related to machine translation for low-resource languages.

The workshop will cover topics such as:

• Neural machine translation for low-resource languages
• Corpora creation and curation technologies
• Multilingual/cross-lingual NLP tools for MT
• Machine translation for language preservation

Submissions should be made through the OpenReview submission link. The deadline for submissions is December 19, 2025.
