Don’t miss the opportunity to submit your paper to the 1st Workshop on Foundation Models for Science (FM4Science) at NeurIPS 2024 in Vancouver. This workshop aims to bring together researchers from various scientific domains to discuss the challenges and opportunities of using foundation models in scientific research.
The submission deadline is approaching fast, with the Abstract Submission Deadline on August 27, 2024, and the Paper Submission Deadline on August 30, 2024. To submit your paper, visit the submission details page and use the OpenReview submission portal.
The workshop will cover a wide range of topics, including scaling laws, data augmentation, fine-tuning, uncertainty quantification, out-of-distribution generalization, integration with classic scientific tools, and visualization. We invite paper submissions from various scientific domains, such as Astrophysics and Space Science, Biomedicine, Computational Science, Earth Science, Materials Science, Quantum Mechanics, and Small Molecules. Applications-driven submissions focusing on AI-for-Science and Scientific Machine Learning (SciML) are also highly encouraged.
