New Faculty Position in Machine Learning for Natural Language Processing at Telecom Paris
Telecom Paris is inviting applications for a permanent faculty position at the Associate Professor level in Machine Learning for Natural Language Processing. The position is open to all applications within the field, but expertise in Natural Language Processing or a desire to work with natural language data in the future is preferred. The main missions include developing groundbreaking research, teaching activities, and contributing to the research community.
The ideal candidate will have a PhD degree, a track record of research and publication in machine learning, experience in teaching, and good command of English. Experience in Natural Language Processing, a post-doctoral or international experience, and knowledge of French are optional but desirable.
The position offers 49 days’ annual leave, flexible working hours, teleworking, 75% reimbursement of public transport season ticket, proximity to sports facilities, concierge service, underground car park, in-house catering, staff association at school and department level, and lower social security contributions than in the private sector.
