PhD Position: Physics-Informed Machine Learning for Quantum Chemistry
A PhD position is available in the Machine Learning Group QARMA at Aix-Marseille University. The project is funded by the MLChem project of the AMidex Foundation and will focus on developing highly accurate machine learning models for Nonadiabatic molecular dynamics (NAMD).
The goal of this project is to increase the accuracy of the ML predictions for any molecular geometries using physics-informed ML models based on sophisticated learning techniques. The successful candidate will work on improving the prediction of excited-state energy gradients for unseen molecular geometries.
The position is available for 3 years starting November or December 2024. To apply, please send your application to Prof. Hachem Kadri.
