A PhD position is available at LIACS, Leiden University, focusing on Emotionally and Socially Aware Natural Language Processing. The project aims to develop AI models that recognize and respond to emotions responsibly and adapt to social context.

The PhD candidate will be supervised by Prof. Suzan Verberne and Prof. Joost Broekens, and be part of the Human-AI cluster, a great environment for interdisciplinary research.
