A team of researchers from the IT University of Copenhagen, Denmark is conducting a survey to understand the definition and role of ‘intelligence’ in fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Science, Natural Language Processing, and Machine Learning. The survey aims to find out the level of agreement among researchers in different areas on the meaning of ‘intelligence’ and its significance in their research agenda. It also seeks to gather perceptions of current systems based on large language models such as ChatGPT. The survey is available until December 18 and can be accessed at this link.
