SIGHUM (LaTeCH-CLfL) 2026 Workshop: Call for Papers

The SIGHUM (LaTeCH-CLfL) 2026 workshop invites papers on NLP applications in Digital Humanities, Cultural Heritage, and Literature. Submission deadline is January 5th, 2026.

The 10th Joint SIGHUM Workshop on Computational Linguistics for Cultural Heritage, Social Sciences, Humanities and Literature will be held at EACL in March 2026 in Rabat, Morocco as a two-day workshop with one on-site and one online day.

We invite papers on original, unpublished work in the topic areas of the workshop. Topics include:

  • adaptation of NLP tools to Cultural Heritage, Social Sciences, Humanities and literature;
  • automatic error detection and cleaning of textual data;
  • complex annotation schemas, tools and interfaces;
  • creation of semantic resources;
  • interpretability of large language models output for DH-related tasks;

Submissions are open for long papers, short papers, system descriptions (demos), and position papers. For more information, visit the workshop site.

  • Notification of acceptance: February 3rd, 2026
  • Camera-ready paper due: February 10th, 2026
