TalentCLEF, a new evaluation lab at CLEF 2025, is dedicated to the development of Natural Language Processing (NLP) systems in Human Capital Management (HCM). This lab focuses on creating a public benchmark for NLP systems in HCM, promoting fairness, multilingual capabilities, and industry adaptability. The first edition of TalentCLEF will have two tasks: Task A – Multilingual Job Title Matching, and Task B – Job Title-Based Skill Prediction.
