The University of California, Irvine (UCI) Department of Computer Science is inviting applications for a tenure-track/tenured assistant, associate, or full professor position starting July 1, 2026. The faculty search targets applicants with research expertise in all aspects of AI and ML.

The department is renowned for its faculty, which includes an NAE Member, 15 ACM Fellows, 13 IEEE Fellows, and multiple AAAI Fellows. UCI has a strong focus on AI and ML research, with the UCI Center for ML and Intelligent Systems connecting over thirty faculty across various scientific fields.
