A fully funded PhD position is available at the IRISA lab in Rennes, France, focusing on fast and efficient methods for modern natural language processing. The project aims to propose novel methods for building faster models or adapting models at test-time without costly fine-tuning procedures.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in computer science and mathematics, with an interest in deep learning and natural language processing. They should be able to develop their own code and hack libraries like Pytorch and HuggingFace.
