The 1st Call for Participation to the LLMs4Subjects Shared Task is now open! This task, organized as part of SemEval 2025, invites researchers to develop cutting-edge Language Model-based semantic solutions for subject tagging of the Leibniz University’s Technical Library open-access collection. Participants will have the opportunity to demonstrate bilingual language modeling in understanding technical documents in both German and English. Successful solutions may be directly integrated into the TIB’s operational workflows. Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity!

To participate, submit your interest using the online form, sign up to the shared task Google Groups for updates, and download the datasets to begin development.
