CADMY at Yale University offers Postdoctoral Associate positions for Ph.D. graduates in AI, Game Theory, and Computer Science, with a focus on building AI agents using reinforcement learning.

CADMY is offering several Postdoctoral Associate positions for recent Ph.D. graduates in quantitative fields with a strong interest in building AI agents.

Key requirements include:

  • Extensive experience with LLM post-training, including Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and reinforcement learning (RL).
  • Familiarity with multi-GPU training and standard software development tools like GitHub Workflow.
  • A strong background in PyTorch or JAX.

Postdoctoral Associates will be expected to contribute to research, participate in seminars, and be present on the Yale campus three days a week.
