CADMY is offering several Postdoctoral Associate positions for recent Ph.D. graduates in quantitative fields with a strong interest in building AI agents.
Key requirements include:
- Extensive experience with LLM post-training, including Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and reinforcement learning (RL).
- Familiarity with multi-GPU training and standard software development tools like GitHub Workflow.
- A strong background in PyTorch or JAX.
Postdoctoral Associates will be expected to contribute to research, participate in seminars, and be present on the Yale campus three days a week.
