5 Postdoctoral Positions in AI for Earth & Climate at Universitat de València

The Universitat de València, Spain, has announced 5 postdoctoral positions in the intersection of machine learning and Earth and climate sciences. The positions are attached to different European research projects, including USMILE ERC Synergy grant, AI4PEX, ELIAS, MeDiTwin, and ThinkingEarth. The candidates will work on hybrid modeling, GPs, graph neural networks, foundation models, diffusion models, UQ, information theory, remote sensing, upscaling, UQ, Gaussian processes, xAI, ML-based parametrization, and extreme events. The deadline for applications is September 6th 2024, and the starting dates are flexible from October 2024 to March 2025.
