AAAI Fall Symposium 2024: Large Language Models for Knowledge Graph and Ontology Engineering

The AAAI Fall Symposium 2024 is focusing on the use of Large Language Models (LLMs) in Knowledge Graph (KG) and Ontology Engineering (OE). LLMs can be used as tools to enhance the existing capacity for ontology and knowledge graph engineering. The symposium aims to bring together researchers and experts to share ideas and discuss challenges in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, neurosymbolic approaches, quality control, and human-in-the-loop methods for LLMs in OE/KGE.

Topics of interest include LLMs for KG and OE creation, mapping, evolution, access and use, and as natural language interfaces for KGs and ontologies. The format of the symposium includes presentations of accepted full papers, posters, lightning talks, keynotes, and panel discussions.

Submissions are invited for full papers (8-10 pages), short papers (3-4 pages), and lightning talks (1-2 pages). The deadline for submission is July 31, 2024. The symposium committee includes Pascal Hitzler, Andrea Nuzzolese, Catia Pesquita, and Cogan Shimizu.
