AAMAS 2025: Call for Proposals for Professional Development and Career Mentoring Activities
AAMAS 2025 is calling for proposals for activities that support professional development and career mentoring of attendees.
The 24th International Conference on Autonomous Agents and Multiagent Systems (AAMAS 2025) is calling for proposals for activities that support professional development and career mentoring of attendees.
Examples of activities include meetings for specific groups, panels, and presentations. The proposals should be short (1 page in pdf format +1 page for bios) and address the following:
- What activity is proposed and its specific objectives?
- The names, email addresses, URLs, and brief CVs of organizing committee members.
- What is the target audience?
- What is the expected number of participants?
- Duration of the proposed activity and proposed schedule.
- Will the activity be by invitation or open to anyone?
- Timing: will the activity occur concurrently with the main conference or during the workshop days?
- Requirements: Does the activity have additional requirements beyond the standard AV setup? If yes, specify what you need.
Proposals should be submitted electronically as a single PDF file via email to both co-chairs: Maria Gini (gini@umn.edu) and Minming Li (minming.li@cityu.edu.hk).
