AI in Science Summit 2025: Call for Posters and Demonstrations
The AI in Science Summit 2025 invites submissions for posters and demonstrations. The event will be held in Copenhagen on November 3-4, 2025. Submission deadline is September 1, 2025.
The AI in Science Summit 2025 is accepting submissions for its Poster and Demonstration Track. This inaugural event, part of the Resources for AI Science in Europe (RAISE) initiative, will take place on November 3-4, 2025, in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Researchers and practitioners are invited to share innovative tools, emerging ideas, and applied systems at the intersection of AI and science. Submissions should be in the form of short position papers (maximum 4 pages, excluding references).
- Posters presenting early-stage research, scientific applications of AI, or conceptual contributions are welcome.
- Demonstrations of AI tools, models, datasets, platforms, or workflows that support scientific processes are encouraged, especially open-source AI tools and research products.
Submissions should clearly articulate the scientific motivation, AI approach, and potential impact. For demonstrations, include a description of the technical setup and user interaction. Accepted papers will be published on the AIS25 website and promoted through the summit’s outreach channels.
