AI4Research Workshop at IJCAI 2024: Advancing Research with AI
The AI4Research workshop will be held alongside IJCAI 2024 on August 5, 2024, at Jeju Island, South Korea. This workshop aims to gather researchers from various disciplines to discuss the role of AI in enhancing research activities. The keynote speakers include Prof. Heng Ji from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Prof. Zhouhan Lin from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Prof. Zachary Ives from the University of Pennsylvania, and Prof. Arman Cohan from Yale University & Allen Institute for AI.
The workshop covers a wide range of topics, including AI for Social Science, Natural Science, Math, Finance, academic services, scientific document modeling, and challenges in AI-driven academic research. The paper format should follow the official IJCAI format, and papers with pages >=4 (excluding reference and appendix) are accepted.
Important dates to remember are the paper submission deadline on May 20, notification of acceptance on June 2, and the workshop on August 3-5. The organizing committee includes experts from various institutions, such as Penn State University, Virginia Tech, Boston University, Georgia Tech, UC Davis, and Hochschule der Medien.
