Call for Papers: ACM TiiS Special Issue on Systematizing Knowledge
ACM TiiS invites original research surveys on systematizing knowledge in interactive intelligent technologies. Important dates and submission instructions provided.
The ACM Transactions on Interactive Intelligent Systems (TiiS) is inviting original surveys that review and analyze research topics covered by the journal. This special issue focuses on systematizing knowledge in interactive intelligent technologies.
Guest editors include Baki Kocaballi, Sarvnaz Karimi, Yashar Deldjoo, and Shlomo Berkovsky, representing institutions from around the globe. The special issue aims to systematically review and synthesize the latest research, allowing researchers and practitioners to understand the field, identify emerging trends, and recognize opportunities for cross-disciplinary integration.
Important dates for submission and publication are as follows:
- April 1, 2025: Mandatory expression of interest to guest editors
- July 1, 2025: Original manuscript submission
- August 15, 2025: First round notification sent out
- October 15, 2025: Revised manuscript submission
- 2026: Final decisions and special issue publication
