Call for Papers: IAS-19 Conference in Genoa, Italy

The 19th International Conference on Intelligent Autonomous Systems (IAS-19) is now accepting paper submissions. The conference will be held in Genoa, Italy, from June 30 to July 4, 2025, focusing on ethical, responsible, and inclusive robotics.

The 19th International Conference on Intelligent Autonomous Systems (IAS-19) is now accepting paper submissions. The conference, themed ‘Ethical, Responsible, and Inclusive Robotics,’ will take place in Genoa, Italy, from June 30 to July 4, 2025.

Topics of interest include mobile robots, collaborative robots, robots for Industry 4.0, household robots, humanoid robots, and more. For a full list of topics, visit the IAS-19 website.

Papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process, and accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings and a post-proceedings book by Springer. A limited number of authors will be invited to submit extended versions of their papers for a special issue of Robotics and Autonomous Systems, published by Elsevier.

Special sessions and workshops are also planned, covering areas such as artificial intelligence in human-robot collaboration, marine robotics, and advanced mathematical methods in robotics. Proposals for workshops and tutorials are due by January 31, 2025.

  • December 7, 2024: Deadline for special session proposals
  • March 7, 2025: Deadline for paper submissions
  • April 15, 2025: Notification of paper acceptance
  • May 15, 2025: Final paper submission
