Call for Papers: NLP4DH at EMNLP 2024
The EMNLP 2024 conference has announced a call for papers for the Natural Language Processing for Digital Humanities (NLP4DH) track. This special track aims to bring together researchers and practitioners working at the intersection of NLP and Digital Humanities to share their latest findings and innovations.
The NLP4DH track invites submissions that address various challenges in the Digital Humanities, such as text annotation, information extraction, machine translation, and summarization. The track also encourages submissions that explore the application of NLP techniques to historical texts, cultural heritage collections, and other digital humanities resources.
The submission deadline for the NLP4DH track is June 1, 2024. Authors are invited to submit long papers (8 pages plus references) or short papers (4 pages plus references) in the specified format. All submissions will undergo a double-blind review process, and acceptance notifications will be sent out by August 1, 2024.
