Call for Participation: TalentCLEF 2025
Participate in TalentCLEF 2025, a shared task focusing on NLP in Human Capital Management, with tasks on multilingual job title matching and skill prediction.
The TalentCLEF 2025 Shared Task is now open for participation, focusing on advancing Natural Language Processing (NLP) in Human Capital Management (HCM). This initiative aims to create a public benchmark for model evaluation and promote the development of fair, multilingual, and flexible systems in HR practices.

The TalentCLEF 2025 shared task includes two key tasks:
- Task A – Multilingual Job Title Matching: Develop systems to identify and rank job titles most similar to a given one, evaluated in English, Spanish, German, and Chinese.
- Task B – Job Title-Based Skill Prediction: Predict and extract key skills associated with a given job title, evaluated in English.

- 20th January 2025 – Training data available
- 17th February 2025 – Start of Task A
- 17th March 2025 – Start of Task B
- 21st April 2025 – Test set release
- 21st April – 5th May 2025 – Evaluation period
- 7th May 2025 – Official results publication
- 30th May 2025 – Submission of CLEF 2025 Participant Working Notes
- 27th June 2025 – Notification of acceptance for participant papers
Participants will have the opportunity to present their work at the CLEF 2025 workshop in Madrid, Spain, from September 9th to 12th, 2025.
