Call for Workshop Proposals at RANLP-2025: 15th Conference on Recent Advances in Natural Language Processing

Learn about the call for workshop proposals for RANLP-2025, a conference on recent advances in natural language processing taking place in Varna, Bulgaria from 11-13 September 2025. Workshops can cover any topic of interest to the NLP community and organizers are encouraged to submit proposals by 15 March 2025.

We are pleased to announce a call for workshop proposals for the 15th Conference on Recent Advances in Natural Language Processing (RANLP-2025), taking place in Varna, Bulgaria from 11-13 September 2025. Workshops can cover any topic of interest to the NLP community and can be half-day to 1-2 days in length. Accepted workshops will receive one free registration to RANLP-2025. Proposals should be no longer than five pages and should include the proposed workshop title, technical description, target audience, list of related workshops, tentative program committee, organizing committee, and their experience in the workshop topics. Workshop organizers are responsible for setting up and maintaining the workshop website, disseminating call for papers/participation, organizing paper submission, review process, authors notification, and collecting audio/visual presentation requirements. The RANLP-2025 Organizing Committee will provide a link to the workshop web page, publish the workshop proceedings, provide the workshop venue, and organize registration, audio/visual support, coffee breaks, registration facilities, and Internet access. Workshop proposals in PDF format should be e-mailed to the specified addresses. Submitted proposals will be reviewed with respect to relevance, completeness, clarity, quality, experience of the organizers, and viability of the workshop.
