CL4Health Workshop at NAACL 2025: Patient-Oriented Language Processing research
The Second Workshop on Patient-Oriented Language Processing (CL4Health) will be held at NAACL 2025 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA. This workshop aims to provide a venue for research on patient-oriented language processing, focusing on resources, computational approaches, and behavioral and socio-economic aspects of public interactions with digital health resources.
Key topics of interest include:
- Health-related information needs and online behaviors of the public
- Quality assurance and ethics considerations in language technologies
- Summarization of data from electronic health records for patients
- Detection of misinformation in consumer health-related resources

Submissions are invited in the form of full papers (up to 8 pages) and short papers (up to 4 pages). Electronic submissions should be made through the Softconf START conference management system.
