CLEF-2025 CheckThat! Lab: 3rd Call for Participation

Participate in the CLEF-2025 CheckThat! Lab, featuring four tasks in fact-checking and scientific discourse processing. Register now and contribute to cutting-edge research.

The CLEF-2025 CheckThat! Lab is now inviting researchers and professionals to participate in its 2025 edition. This year, the lab features four tasks, including subjectivity in news articles, claim normalization, fact-checking numerical claims, and scientific web discourse processing.

  • Task 1: Subjectivity in news articles (Arabic, English, Bulgarian, German, Italian, Multilingual)
  • Task 2: Claim Normalization (20 languages)
  • Task 3: Fact-Checking Numerical Claims (Arabic, English, Spanish)
  • Task 4: Scientific Web Discourse Processing (English)

  • 9 June 2025: Condensed Lab Overviews submission
  • 27 June 2025: Participant papers notification
  • 7 July 2025: Camera Ready Copy due
  • 21-25 July 2025: Working Notes Preview
  • 9-12 September 2025: CLEF 2025 Conference in Madrid, Spain
