CLEF 2026 Call for Lab Proposals

CLEF 2026 invites lab proposals for its conference in Jena, Germany. Proposals are due by July 14, 2025.

The CLEF Initiative is calling for lab proposals for its 2026 conference, to be held in Jena, Germany, from September 21-24, 2026. The initiative promotes research and development in information access systems with a focus on multilingual information.

• CLEF 2026 invites proposals for ‘campaign-style’ evaluation labs and ‘workshop’ pattern labs.
• Proposals should be 3 to 4 pages long and include details on the lab topic, goals, relevance, and organiser(s).
• The deadline for proposal submission is July 14, 2025.
