CLEF 2026: Call for Lab Proposals Extended

CLEF 2026 Call for Lab Proposals deadline extended to 17 July 2025. Proposals should be 3-4 pages and include lab topic, goals, and organiser details.

The CLEF 2026 Conference and Labs of the Evaluation Forum is calling for lab proposals. The submission deadline has been extended to 17 July 2025 AoE. Lab proposals should be 3 to 4 pages long and provide sufficient information to judge the relevance, timeliness, scientific quality, benefits for the research community, and the competence of the proposers to coordinate the lab.

Key points to include in the proposal:

  • Title of the proposed lab
  • Brief description of the lab topic and goals
  • Usage scenarios and domain
  • Details on the lab organiser(s)
  • Planned format of the lab
  • Expected target audience
