CODAI: A Workshop on Countering Disinformation with AI @ECAI 2024

The Workshop on COuntering Disinformation with AI (CODAI) will be held on 20 October 2024 at ECAI 2024. The workshop aims to address the issue of misinformation and disinformation on social media platforms. It invites paper submissions on topics such as information diffusion models, characterization and detection of coordinated inauthentic behavior, detection of malicious accounts, understanding and detection of disinformation, impact of misinformation on society, and case studies on the spread and impact of fake news in controversial topics.

Submissions can be either short papers (2-4 pages) or long papers (6-8 pages), with additional pages allowed for references. There is also a non-archival option for previous research or abstract submissions. All submissions should be formatted according to the ECAI formatting instructions and not exceed 7 pages (plus 1 extra page for references).

The submission deadline is 24th May 2024, and the acceptance notifications will be sent out on 1st July 2024. The camera-ready papers are due on 22nd July 2024. For any questions, please contact codaihelp at gmail.com.
