The COLING 2025 Workshop on Detecting AI Generated Content is seeking submissions for its first call for participation. The workshop aims to bring together researchers and practitioners to discuss the latest developments in detecting AI generated content in various modalities such as text, image, and speech. The workshop will feature research papers, shared tasks, and presentations on a wide range of topics, including detection methods, multilingual detection, real-time detection systems, attacks for detection systems, datasets and resources, benchmarking, ethical and legal implications, AI generated fake news detection, and deep fakes in audio, videos, and images.
The workshop invites original research papers on unpublished work, with the same page limit as the COLING 2025 main conference. All accepted submissions will be presented as talks and/or posters at the workshop. The workshop will also feature two shared tasks: Task 1 on Binary Multilingual Machine-Generated Text Detection (Human vs. Machine) and Task 2 on AI vs. Human.
