CoLLAs 2025: Advancing Machine Learning for Continual Lifelong Learning Agents

CoLLAs 2025 is an annual research conference focused on advancing machine learning towards systems that can continually learn and perform well in complex and non-stationary environments. The conference invites submissions on various topics related to continual learning and non-stationary learning.

CoLLAs 2025: Call for Papers

The Conference on Lifelong Learning Agents (CoLLAs) is an annual event that brings together researchers to discuss and exchange ideas on the development of machine learning systems that can continually learn, adapt, and perform well in complex and non-stationary environments.

We invite submissions for the 4th edition of CoLLAs that describe new theories, methodologies, applications, or insights into existing algorithms and benchmarks for learning in non-i.i.d. and non-stationary settings. Accepted papers will be published in the Proceedings of Machine Learning Research (PMLR).

Submissions are encouraged in areas such as continual learning paradigms, challenges with non-stationary learning, continual reinforcement learning, continual learning in large language models, knowledge transfer, non-stationary optimization, and more.

CoLLAs 2025 will be held at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, USA. For any questions about the conference, please contact us at con… at lifelong-ml.cc.
