CVML Programming Short Course and Workshop on Deep Learning, Computer Vision and Big Data Analytics 2024

The Artificial Intelligence and Information Analysis (AIIA) Lab of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, in cooperation with the TEMA R&D project and the International AI Doctoral Academy (AIDA), is hosting a three-day short course on CVML Programming. The event will take place in Thessaloniki, Greece from August 27th to 29th, 2024.

The course will cover topics such as deep neural networks, 2D object tracking in embedded systems, real-time object detection, real-time image segmentation, natural language processing, and explainability in computer vision applications. Hands-on programming workshops will also be conducted for each topic.

On-site participation is available at the KEDEA Building, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Registration is now open and the early registration deadline is July 15, 2024. Students and scientists from other scientific disciplines with the necessary mathematical background are also welcomed to register.

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate of attendance issued by Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
