Doctoral Research Position in Language Modeling at Saarland University

The Department of Language Science and Technology at Saarland University invites applications for a PhD position in Language Modeling. The research group is focused on gaining a deeper understanding of language models and their applications. Successful candidates will have excellent knowledge of language models, machine learning, and deep learning, as well as strong programming skills. The position offers a salary of 75% of full time on the German E13 scale, approximately 3144€ per month before tax and social security contributions, for a three-year term with the possibility of extension for a fourth year.
