This is a golden opportunity for a recent Ph.D. graduate (or those near completion) in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field, to work on cutting-edge research at the intersection of statistics and machine learning.
The successful candidate will have the freedom to pursue a broad research agenda, with a particular focus on areas such as latent variable models, deep generative models, causal inference, nonparametric statistics, learning theory, or graphical models. Proficiency in programming in Python or R is essential.
The position is expected to last at least one year, with the possibility of renewal for up to three years, providing a stable platform for the candidate to grow and excel in their research career.
