First Workshop on Language Models for Low-Resource Languages (LoResLM 2025)

The First Workshop on Language Models for Low-Resource Languages (LoResLM 2025) aims to bring together researchers working on developing and adapting language models for low-resource languages. The workshop will be held in conjunction with COLING 2025 and invites submissions on a range of topics including building language models for low-resource languages, adapting existing models, creating and curating corpora, and developing benchmarks for evaluation.

The submission deadline for papers is 5th November 2024 and authors will be notified of acceptance by 25th November 2024. The camera-ready deadline is 13th December 2024. The workshop will take place on 19th or 20th January 2025.
