First Workshop on Natural Language Argument-Based Explanations (ArgNLE) at ECAI 2024
The First Workshop on Natural Language Argument-Based Explanations (ArgNLE) will take place at ECAI 2024, co-located with the European Conference on Artificial Intelligence, in Santiago de Compostela, Spain. The workshop aims to investigate the interdependencies between Explainability and Computational Argumentation, and welcomes cross-disciplinary contributions in three areas: deep learning, argumentation, and interactivity. The topics of interest include natural language argument-based explanations, dialectical and dialogical explanations, AI methods to support argumentative explainability, and real-world applications.
The workshop solicits the submission of original, unpublished contributions, dataset related submissions, and projects related submissions. The papers must be written in English, prepared for double-blind review using the ECAI LaTeX template, and not exceed 7 pages (not including references). The ECAI LaTeX Template can be found at https://ecai2024.eu/download/ecai-template.zip.
