Fully-funded PhD Position in AI and Data Visualization at Ghent University
The AIDA-research group at Ghent University, Belgium, is offering a fully-funded 4-year PhD position in the context of the project Inductive methods for dimensionality reduction and visualization of large & complex data with Prof. Jefrey Lijffijt as principal investigator.
Eligible candidates must hold a Master’s degree and demonstrate mastery of fundamental machine learning concepts including probability and statistics, algorithm design, discrete/continuous optimisation, and programming (Python, C++/Java, JavaScript, etc.). Experience with data visualization, user interfaces, and/or cell biology is an advantage.
