Fully Funded PhD Scholarship in Reinforcement Learning for Wireless Networks

Join the Machine Learning Driven Radio (MLDR) European project as a PhD student at Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF) in Barcelona, Spain. This fully funded scholarship is a collaboration between the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning group, the Wireless and Secure Communications group, and the Wireless Networking group. The successful candidate will develop novel reinforcement learning algorithms for next-generation wireless networks and publish research in top-tier journals and conferences. Applicants must have an MSc degree in computer science or a related field, a strong mathematical background, excellent programming skills, and fluent English. The position is available until filled, with a starting date of October 2024 or earlier. The gross salary is approximately 22K€/year.
