The Third International Workshop on Gender-Inclusive Translation Technologies (GITT) at MT Summit 2025, scheduled for June 23, 2025, in Geneva, Switzerland, has extended its submission deadline to March 16, 2025.

Aim and Scope:
The GITT workshop focuses on gender-inclusive language in translation and cross-lingual scenarios, bringing together researchers, industry partners, and language professionals to address bias and promote inclusivity in machine translation (MT) and translation tools.
Topics of Interest:
- Models or methods for assessing and mitigating gender bias
- New resources for inclusive language and gender translation
- Social, cross-lingual, and ethical implications of gender bias
- Qualitative and quantitative analyses on current approaches to gender bias in translation and MT
- User-centric case studies on the impact of biased language
Submission Types:
- Research Papers: 4-10 pages (excluding references)
- Extended Abstracts: up to 2 pages (including references)
- Research Communications: up to 2 pages (including references)
- Potluck Communications: short abstract up to 500 words (including references)
All submissions should adhere to the MT Summit 2025 guidelines and be uploaded on EasyChair.
