GREENEDGE Data Challenge: Energy-Efficient Research Opportunities for Students in Cybersecurity, Image Classification, and IoT

The GREENEDGE consortium is thrilled to launch the GREENEDGE contest, an opportunity for BS, MS, and PhD students to delve into energy-efficient solutions for computing in networks. This challenge offers three research lines: Cybersecurity, Image Classification, and Internet of Things.

1. In the realm of Cybersecurity, students can explore the innovative approach of detecting cyber threats through network energy consumption analysis.

2. For those interested in Image Classification, an energy-aware approach is the focus.

3. Lastly, in the Internet of Things domain, students can contribute to the development of energy-efficient IoT networks.

Projects will be evaluated by a team of experts from the GREENEDGE consortium. Winning submissions will be invited to present their work at the final GREENEDGE workshop, co-located with the SofCom2024 international conference in Croatia, and receive a prize.

The deadline for submission is May 15, 2024. For any inquiries, please contact the organizer directly.

Join the GREENEDGE challenge and contribute to the development of energy-efficient tools in networks!
