HealTAC 2025: Call for Contributions & Keynotes Announced

HealTAC 2025 invites contributions and registrations for the 8th Healthcare Text Analytics Conference, featuring keynotes, panels, and a pre-conference workshop.

The 8th Healthcare Text Analytics Conference (HealTAC 2025) is now open for contributions and registrations. The conference will take place on June 16-18th, 2025, in Glasgow, UK.

Key highlights include:

• Call for contributions: Submit extended abstracts (up to 2 pages) by March 28th, 2025, for methodological or application work in healthcare text analytics.
• Keynotes: Dr Jason Fries from Stanford University and Dr Alison O’Neil from Canon Medical Research will deliver keynote speeches.
• Panels: Discussions on ‘Opportunities and challenges in LLMs for health research’ and ‘Challenges in AI deployment within NHS’ (industry forum).
• Pre-conference workshop: ‘NLP in mental healthcare and research’ on June 16th.

Registration fees are kept low, with an early registration fee of £100 for students and £200 for others, including the full 3-day programme, lunches, and the conference dinner.
