ICAPS 2025, the premier international conference on Automated Planning and Scheduling, is coming to Melbourne, Australia from November 9–14, 2025. Early registration is now open until September 3, 2025.

• Registration Fees (AUD): Early Bird (until Sep 3) – Regular: $1,340, Student: $955; Late Registration – Regular: $1,675, Student: $1,195.
• A single registration covers up to 2 accepted papers. An additional paper can be added for $264 AUD.

Each accepted paper must have a paid registration, and one author is expected to attend and present in person.
